KidzBrainy Apps Privacy Policy

1. Our privacy principles

• We aim to collect as little information as possible.
• We do not sell or rent personal information.
• We do not use personal information for targeted or personalised advertising.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through our current Apps.
• We design our Apps with children’s safety and privacy in mind.

2. Information handled by the Apps

Our current Apps are designed to work without account registration. They do not ask a child to provide a real name, email address, phone number, home address, precise location, photograph, contact list or other directly identifying information.

Our current Apps do not intentionally collect or transmit personal information or children’s personal information to Learn With Fun Studio.

An App may store the following learning information locally on the user’s device:

• Completed activities or levels;
• Scores, progress and earned stars;
• Sound and music preferences;
• Language selections; and
• Other gameplay preferences.

This information remains on the device and is not transmitted to our servers. It can normally be removed by clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling the App.

3. Accounts and sign-in

Our current Apps do not require a user or child to create an account or sign in. We do not create online child profiles on our servers.

If a future version introduces accounts or cloud-based progress, we will update this policy and provide the notices, controls and parental-consent mechanisms required by applicable law before making that feature available to children.

4. Advertising and in-app purchases

Our current Apps do not display third-party advertisements and do not use personal information for advertising, profiling or remarketing.

Our current Apps do not contain in-app purchases. If advertising, cross-promotion or purchases are added in a future release, we will update this policy and implement appropriate child-safety measures, including parental controls or parental gates where required.

5. Analytics and third-party services

Our current Apps do not intentionally use third-party advertising or analytics services to track children.

Our Apps are distributed through Google Play. Google Play and the device operating system may independently process technical, diagnostic, download or transaction information under their own terms and privacy policies. Learn With Fun Studio does not control information collected independently by those services.

Before each release, we review the software development kits and services included in the App. If a future release uses analytics, crash reporting, cloud services, advertising or another service that collects information, this policy and the corresponding Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated.

6. Device permissions

Our current educational gameplay does not require access to precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, phone calls, text messages or files unrelated to the App.

If a future feature requires an additional permission, the App will request only the permission reasonably necessary for that feature, and this policy will be updated when required.

7. Children’s Privacy and COPPA

Our Apps may be directed to children, including children under 13. We take children’s privacy seriously and design our current Apps to minimise data collection.

Our current Apps do not require child accounts and do not knowingly ask children to provide their name, email address, phone number, precise location, photograph, contacts or other personal information.

We do not knowingly collect, sell or share children’s personal information for advertising. Our current Apps do not use personalised advertising.

The Apps may store learning progress, completed activities, scores, stars, language choices and sound preferences locally on the device. This local information is not intentionally transmitted to Learn With Fun Studio.

The website Contact form is intended for parents, guardians, teachers and other adults. Children should not submit the Contact form or send personal information to us.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate parental consent, please contact us at kidzbrainyofficial@gmail.com. We will investigate the request and delete the information when required by applicable law.

If a future App collects personal information from children, we will update this Privacy Policy and implement any required parental notice, verifiable parental consent, access and deletion procedures before enabling that collection.

8. Parent and guardian controls

Parents and guardians can:

• Supervise a child’s use of an App;
• Review permissions through Android device settings;
• Clear locally stored App data through device settings; or
• Uninstall the App to remove local progress and preferences.

Because our current Apps do not create online accounts or store gameplay data on our servers, there is generally no cloud account or server-based child profile to access or delete.

9. Website and contact information

A parent, guardian, teacher or other adult may voluntarily contact us through our website or email. We may receive the information that person chooses to provide, such as a name, email address, subject and message.

Our website and hosting provider may also process ordinary technical logs, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, for website delivery, security and troubleshooting.

We use contact information only to respond, provide support, protect our services or comply with legal obligations. Adults should not send unnecessary personal information about a child.

10. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell or rent personal information.

We may disclose information voluntarily provided by an adult only when reasonably necessary to:

• Respond to that person’s support request;
• Work with a service provider acting on our behalf;
• Protect the safety, rights or security of users, our Apps or others;
• Investigate fraud, abuse or technical problems; or
• Comply with applicable law, legal process or a lawful government request.

Service providers that process information for us are expected to use it only for the service they provide and protect it appropriately.

11. Data retention and deletion

Locally stored gameplay progress and preferences remain on the device until they are cleared, overwritten or removed by uninstalling the App.

Information provided by an adult in a support request is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business or security records, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations.

An adult may request access to, correction of or deletion of information they submitted by contacting us. We may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate security and recordkeeping purposes.

12. External links

An App may provide a parent-facing link to our website, privacy policy, support page, Google Play listing or another service. External websites and services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Where appropriate, external links and commercial actions will be placed behind a parental gate or otherwise separated from children’s gameplay.

13. International users

Our Apps and website may be available in multiple countries. Privacy and child-protection rights may differ depending on where a user lives. We will respond to valid privacy requests as required by applicable law.

14. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information we handle. However, no device, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

15. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this policy when our Apps, website, data practices, legal obligations or third-party services change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

If a change materially affects how children’s personal information is handled, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law.
